What a way to start a Thursday...
With such a variety of businesses coming together on a Thursday morning for the Severn Business Network each meeting always brings a vast amount of information and advice for all who attend.
This week we heard from Diane at Brite Start Cleaning about how all of their office cleans include infection control as a matter of course - door handles, phone handsets and more, reassurance for business owners during the current Coronavirus situation.
We also heard from Stuart at Edrive West Midlands who told us about the new registration vehicles coming in for March - and from Chris at Aplan Insurance about how he can help if you have a new registration car that causes issues because insurance providers cannot track down the number plates.
Mark, from Yellow Hat Security Solutions, also reminded us that if you have a CCTV system from them it automatically includes alert and response so even if you are away from your home or business for a length of time it will be looked after in your absence.
The 10-minute presentation today came from Jason, of Bayfield Vehicle Hire, who talked about many reasons his customers hire vehicles - including the advantages for businesses who may take staff on for a probation period and need the option of a vehicle for a short amount of time, with the option to extend.
Lucy, from The Salon in Shrewsbury, even received a new glass nail bar for her hair and beauty business from The Glass Studio's David - complete with a personalised design that she had chosen to fit in with brand colours!
As well as having a huge sales team to spread the word about your business SBN provides continued advice, help and assistance for all involved - and is a great way to start a Thursday!
