Centre for Integral Health Support Suicide Awareness Month
The Centre for Integral Health are supporting suicide awareness month!
Throughout September there is a global campaign for suicide prevention. With suicide being the single biggest killer of men under age 45, and a staggering 1500 people between the ages of 14-25 will commit suicide in the next 24hrs, this is a pandemic with immediate consequence.
Centre for Integral Health in Shrewsbury are running a series of Access Bars events in support of suicide awareness during September to both increase awareness and to offer immediate support to people with anxiety and depression.
One of the global founders of Access Consciousness Dr Dain Heer, had set a date for his suicide as he couldn't improve his state of mind. In a last ditch attempt, he went for an Access Bars session and over 20 years later he's helped Access Consciousness reach over 150 countries with thousands of practitioners supporting hundreds of thousands of individuals with their mental health issues.
The Centre for Integral Health is offering half price sessions of Access Bars for all of September with selected practitioners. They are also having an Introduction to Access Bars on 3rd September, a day of Free Access Bars on the Global Suicide Prevention day on 10th September and a Certified 1 Day Training of Access Bars on 20th September. Anyone can learn this amazing simple tool for improving mental health.
Centre Director Ben Calder is urging anyone who knows someone with anxiety, depression or suicidal tendencies to give them our contact details, get some support and help end the stigma around mental health.
