As you know we meet fairly blurry eyed every Thursday morning at the Shrewsbury Town FC at 6.45AM, every week! 

This Saturday our blurry eyes took a turn for the worse as we all rocked up to the Quarry ready for the Dragon Boat race, fundraising for the Severn Hospice and things got a bit weird if I'm honest.

A huge thanks to David Hill for organising our team, for Lucy from the Salon who did our fantastic make-up (we won the best fancy-dress award!) Our brilliant warm up from Ben Calder, and a huge thanks to all of our rowers who did a sterling job as we just missed out on the final. Maybe next year folks...
